Article Processing Charge (APC)
IJIRMS is an open-access journal. There is no manuscript submission fee. An Article Processing Charge (APC) is payable only after a manuscript has been accepted for publication.
Current APC: The Article
Processing Charge for each published article is US $210.
The APC covers editorial
processing, peer-review administration, DOI assignment, plagiarism screening,
production, typesetting, online publication, website maintenance, and related
publishing services.
Discounts
and Waivers
Eligible authors from developing
countries may receive a 25% discount on the APC.
A 20% discount may be available
for eligible subsequent submissions, subject to the conditions stated by the
journal.
Discount and waiver requests must
be submitted before the manuscript is accepted for publication. Eligibility is
determined according to the author's country of origin and the journal's stated
discount or waiver criteria. Authors should contact the Editorial Office at the
time of submission to request an applicable discount or waiver. Discounts or
waivers are assessed independently of editorial evaluation and do not influence
peer review, editorial decisions, or publication decisions.
Editors and reviewers do not have
access to information about an author's ability to pay.
Payment
APC are payable only after
acceptance and before publication. Any applicable bank, wire-transfer, or
transaction charges are the responsibility of the author.
Refunds
APCs are generally non-refundable
once publication processing has commenced. Refunds may be considered in
exceptional circumstances, such as an erroneous payment or where publication
cannot proceed due to an error attributable to the journal.
