All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) License, which permits sharing, reuse, and adaptation with appropriate credit to the original authors and source.

Archiving & Digital Preservation

The journal is committed to the long-term preservation and accessibility of all published scholarly content. Published articles are preserved through the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN) to safeguard the scholarly record against data loss, technological failure, or disruption to publishing operations. The journal maintains secure archival records to support the continued accessibility and integrity of published content.

Pre- and Post-Prints

Authors may deposit the preprint, accepted manuscript, and published Version of Record in institutional or subject repositories without embargo, provided that appropriate citation and a link to the published article are included.

Editorial Endogeny

Editorial endogeny is monitored to maintain editorial independence and diversity. The proportion of research articles authored by editors, editorial board members, or reviewers is kept within recognized best-practice limits and does not exceed 25% in either of the latest two issues.

Special Issues and Guest Editors

Special Issues follow the same editorial, ethical, authorship, and peer-review standards as regular issues. The Editor-in-Chief retains final responsibility for all published content. Guest editors are selected based on relevant expertise and approved by the Editor-in-Chief. Manuscripts submitted by guest editors are handled and independently reviewed by an editor without a conflict of interest and must not constitute more than 25% of the Special Issue. Special Issues are clearly identified on the journal website and in the published issue.

Advertising / Sponsorship Policy

IJIRMS does not permit advertising or sponsored content to influence editorial decisions or published scientific content.
