The International Journal of Innovative Research in
Medical Science is committed to providing open access to its published content.
All articles are freely available to access and download from the journal’s
website, supporting the dissemination and accessibility of medical research.
All articles are published under the Creative Commons
Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) License, which permits sharing,
reuse, and adaptation with appropriate credit to the original authors and
source.
Archiving and Digital Preservation
The journal is committed to the long-term preservation,
integrity, and accessibility of its published scholarly content.
Published articles and journal content are preserved through
established digital archiving services, including the Internet Archive, to protect the scholarly
record against data loss, technical failure, website disruption, or cessation
of publishing operations.
The preservation process supports continued access to
published content, including the Version of Record, bibliographic information,
and persistent identifiers such as DOIs.
Authors may deposit the preprint, accepted manuscript, and
Version of Record in appropriate institutional or subject repositories in
accordance with the journal's copyright and licensing policy.
If publication operations or the journal website cease, reasonable measures will be taken to maintain access to the preserved scholarly record through designated preservation services.
The Publisher and Editorial Office periodically review the preservation arrangements to support the long-term accessibility and integrity of published content.

Editorial Endogeny
Special Issues and Guest Editors
Special Issues follow the same editorial, ethical, authorship, and peer-review standards as regular issues. The Editor-in-Chief retains final responsibility for all published content. Guest editors are selected based on relevant expertise and approved by the Editor-in-Chief. Manuscripts submitted by guest editors are handled and independently reviewed by an editor without a conflict of interest and must not constitute more than 25% of the Special Issue. Special Issues are clearly identified on the journal website and in the published issue.
Advertising / Sponsorship Policy
The journal does not accept paid advertising or sponsored editorial content. No advertising arrangement influences editorial decisions or published content.
Revenue and Funding
The journal is primarily supported through Article Processing Charges (APCs). The journal does not use subscriptions or pay-per-view access. Any applicable sponsorship or institutional support, if received, does not influence editorial decisions or peer-review outcomes.
